Aqua London is comprised of three integrated parts, Japanese restaurant Aqua Kyoto, Spanish restaurant Aqua Nueva and terrace bar Aqua spirit. Set atop the iconic Dickens and Jones building in central London, Aqua Spirit overlooks the prestigious Regent Street and offers stunning views across London to the south. Diners have the choice of contemporary Japanese cuisine overseen by Head Chef, Jordan Sclare or modern Spanish cuisine designed by Alberto Hernandez who trained at El Bulli in Catalonia. As well as offering 2 semi private dining areas, all three venues lend themselves perfectly to large scale entertaining.
